The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was nice and close to the location of the event we were there for. The restaurant has great food and massive portions. The pet fee was surprisingly small.

Older hotel with limited amenities but super friendly and helpful staff who seem genuinely glad to see you and who are knowledgeable about the area. Considering the age of the hotel, this place punches far above its weight. Lacombe itself is a lovely town with a gorgeous historic downtown and good restaurants. We came for a bit of cycling and to pick up some items and had a thoroughly good time.

They upgraded me to a suite!! Instead of putting in one of the CN workers, they gave me this fantastic suite with a jacuzzi!! So I had my spa experience this morning! I LOVE this hotel!! Good breakfast, excellent staff, clean rooms. I am a repeat customer and will definitely keep coming!!

We have stayed at this property before and that is why we chose to stay here again. Staff really positive and helpful. Just a very comfortable place to stay. Not fancy buy hey, if you have a good place that allows you to bring your pet and LOVES meeting your 16 year old special dog, THE BEST!!!

The bed was super comfy, was able to connect my switch to the tv and play while there. Got a couple muffins and fresh fruit in the morning. All around comfortable stay.

Breakfast was good but minimal. Didn't see any waffles or pancake maker like some places have. The pillows were great. Had different comfort levels to choose from.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, because of COVID they didn't offer their standard breakfast but did provide bagged refreshments at the front desk. Forgot my toothbrush and they provided one. Bed was super comfortable with a variety of pillows, and linens appeared to be new. The microwave and fridge were very clean.

A nice variety offered at Bkfast. Some Gluten free bread or bagels would be a welcome addition as we are both Celiac.

The breakfast was fine - a typical continental breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.
